REQUIREMENTS TO FRANCHISEES
The applicants should be the owners of sites and land plots free of any charges upon them.
The location should be at a main road or in towns with a population of at least 20 000 people, with intensive traffic;
The area of the land plots should be at least 1600 square meters and should have at least 50 m frontage;
The site or land plot should be visible from a distance of at least 100 m;
The owner should be ready to invest in the construction or bring the facility in compliance with the LUKOIL standards.
