The occupational safety of workers and employees, as well as the protection of personnel, customers and the environment, are a priority in the work of "LUKOIL-Bulgaria" EOOD.
The company's activity corresponds to the requirements of the applicable international standards. An integrated unified management standardization system has been developed and implemented in the company for four international management standards — ISO 9001 — quality management in operations; ISO 50001 — energy management; incl. and ISO 14001 — environmental management and ISO45001 — occupational health and safety management, which is certified by the international certification organization "Bureau Veritas". The company's policy, in line with the organization's objectives and priorities, encompasses the engagements and responsibilities of management in these four directions.
Continuous control is exercised over compliance with labour legislation requirements, labour protection and industrial safety regulations, as well as over the attestation of jobs in the company.
In compliance with legal requirements, a Labour Conditions Committee operates in the company, which continuously analyzes activities under the Environmental Protection Act and the state of labour and safety conditions and gives proposals for measures to limit risk.
In line with the requirements of the international standards, every year the top management of the company conducts a management review and makes decisions for the development and improvement of the activity to preserve the health of employees and labour conditions.
