The Company's corporate social responsibility policy is a declaration of the Company's commitment to carry out its activities with a clear awareness of the impact of its decisions and activities on society and the environment, with the aim of ensuring the Company's sustainable development, improving the welfare and quality of life of its employees, as well as of society as a whole.
The Company strives to maintain a balance between the socio-economic and natural-ecological impacts of its activities while observing the basic principles set out in the current international documents related to the topic; the guidelines of the ISO 26000 standard and the implemented international management standards of the ISO series; the requirements of national and European legislation and the expectations of stakeholders.

In accordance with its ecology policy, "LUKOIL-Bulgaria" EOOD invests in the best modern technologies, reducing risk and pollution of the environment. LUKOIL petrol stations are maximally safeguarded in accordance with regulatory requirements and are environmentally protective, as the company is extremely responsible in complying with environmental requirements. Every fuel dispenser has a special system for capturing and returning to the petrol station's tanks the petrol vapors released during refueling, so that they do not enter the atmosphere.

The company's activity corresponds to the requirements of the applicable international standards.

The company operates a waste management program and an environmental activities program, the implementation of which is analyzed and monitored annually.
