What you need to know about the LUKOIL Club card
The LUKOIL Club card is valid for both cash and bank card payments. If you use a cashless payment card together with a Club card, present both cards to the cashier at the same time.
When purchasing fuels and/or goods at LUKOIL petrol stations, present your LUKOIL Club card to the cashier before paying for your purchases.
A card used at a station cannot be used again at the same station for 12 hours. If you need to refuel during this period, you can do so at any other LUKOIL petrol station nationwide.
If a card is lost or stolen, the customer should request that it be blocked by calling the Customer Hotline on 0800 20 220.
LUKOIL Bulgaria EOOD unilaterally determines the terms of use of LUKOIL Club cards, including, but not limited to, terminating cards, setting and changing purchase discounts, removing discounts or replacing them with another rewards system, including cards in subsequent promotions, and determining additional benefits or bonuses for cardholders. The terms of use of the LUKOIL Club card are published at club.lukoil.bg.
Customers with old discount cards for cash payments issued by LUKOIL who wish to participate in the LUKOIL Club programme must download the LUKOIL Club mobile app and register for the loyalty programme through the app.
