The Swiss company “Litasco” has notified the Government of the Republic of Bulgaria of the initiation of steps to file an arbitration claim against the state. The arbitration case, for which the government has been notified, does not in any way affect the operations of the “Lukoil” group of companies in Bulgaria. There are no grounds for concern regarding the availability of fuels for the market or their prices. Lukoil’s companies in Bulgaria continue to operate under normal conditions under the leadership of the Special Commercial Manager.
